Terms and Conditions – 688 Win Official Platform Rules

Throughout this document, certain words carry specific meanings. Understanding these definitions will help you follow the rest of the terms clearly.

To use any paid feature of the 688 Win platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, joining poker tournaments or participating in fishing game sessions — you must first register a verified account. Registration is free and available to all eligible persons as defined in Section 3.

You must not register using false details, a name other than your own, or details belonging to any other person.

688 Win reserves the right to request identity verification at any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or following any transaction that triggers our internal compliance review process. Verification documents typically include a copy of a valid CNIC and confirmation of the payment method being used. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending resolution.

• You must provide truthful information at all stages of the registration process.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, IP address and payment method.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and private at all times.
• Transferring account access or balance to another person is strictly prohibited.
• 688 Win may verify your identity at any time and may suspend access until verification is complete.

The 688 Win platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any bet or wager. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and standard Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large deposits above Rs 100,000 may trigger an enhanced due diligence review before the funds are made available in your balance. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited instantly. Bank IBFT transfers are credited within one to four hours during standard banking hours.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. All sports bets on 688 Win — including cricket, football and all other covered sports — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and the general platform betting rules described here.

A bet is accepted and confirmed only when you receive a bet reference number and the amount is deducted from your account balance. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of odds before placing and any other indicators that do not include a confirmed bet reference number do not constitute a valid placed bet.

• Odds displayed are subject to change until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed.
• 688 Win reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error (palpable error).
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time.
• Where an event is abandoned before reaching a result, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's settlement rules published in the FAQ section.
• The maximum payout on any single bet settlement is Rs 10,000,000 (one crore PKR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• 688 Win may limit the maximum stake on any market or for any individual account at its own discretion.

Bet results are final once settled and displayed in your bet history. Any discrepancy or dispute must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised after this window will generally not be reconsidered. 688 Win's decision on bet settlement disputes is final following a thorough internal review.

All casino games, virtual sports, poker tables and fishing games on 688 Win use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. This certification confirms that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any party including 688 Win staff.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for all applicable games reflect the certified long-term statistical return and represent the average percentage of total wagers returned to players over millions of rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee individual session results. A game with 96% RTP may produce results significantly above or below 96% in any given session.

In the poker room, 688 Win acts solely as the platform operator and takes a small percentage of each pot as rake in exchange for providing the table service. Poker outcomes are determined entirely by the cards dealt and the decisions made by players — not by any house mathematical edge on the game itself.

• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositing members only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address and per payment method.
• Bonuses claimed in what appears to be a coordinated or systematic manner across multiple accounts will be cancelled and the accounts reviewed for policy violations.
• Where a wagering requirement has not been met, only the real money portion of a balance is withdrawable. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds will be removed upon a withdrawal request that precedes wagering completion.
• 688 Win reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that members who have already opted in to a promotion and begun meeting its requirements are not materially disadvantaged.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to free bet and bonus wagering — stakes placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 688 Win and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. 688 Win is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of predetermined match outcomes or engaging in any form of sports corruption.
• Collusion: Working with other players in poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated means to place bets or play games on 688 Win.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal on a deposit made to 688 Win through your bank or payment provider while retaining any winnings generated from that deposit.
• Circumventing Security: Attempting to bypass login verification, IP detection, device fingerprinting or any other security measure implemented by 688 Win.

688 Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms and Conditions have been violated. Account actions may include: temporary suspension pending investigation, restriction of certain features (for example, withdrawal only), permanent closure, or closure with partial or full forfeiture of balance depending on the nature of the violation.

In cases where an account is closed due to a verified policy violation such as fraud, collusion or money laundering, any remaining balance will not be returned. In cases where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to policy violations — for example, as part of a business decision to limit operations in a specific region — any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the payment method on file following completion of the standard identity verification process.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 688 Win support via live chat. Voluntary account closure will result in any remaining real money balance being returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe after identity verification is confirmed.

688 Win will not be held liable for any losses arising from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: disruption to internet services, third-party payment processor outages, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or any other technical issue originating outside the 688 Win platform itself.

688 Win's total liability to any individual member for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the total amount deposited by that member during the 12 months preceding the claim. Indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data and consequential damages are excluded from liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by the negligence of 688 Win, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By registering and using 688 Win, you consent to the collection, storage and use of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms part of the complete legal agreement.
